It all started with a reflection of my roles over the last 30 years. Although my education was in Communications, Psychology, and Human Resources; my skills developed in strategic business planning and organizational development. My ability to listen and observe has served me well. I have spent most of my years learning as much as I can and taking that and applying it in various situations. My energy lends to my ability to help others with a unique business acumen and power to make things relative. I enjoy the challenges that life has thrown as HR Leaders and I have embraced the personal and professional impact it has had on me.
